Ethereum ETFs: A New Way to Invest in Crypto
In a significant development for the cryptocurrency market, Bitwise Asset Management has launched the Bitwise Bitcoin and Ether Equal Weight ETF (BITW). This ETF provides investors with exposure to both Bitcoin and Ethereum, the two largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, in a single investment vehicle.
Separately, investment giant BlackRock has announced plans to launch the iShares Ethereum ETF (ETHR), which will track the price of Ethereum. This ETF is expected to be a major catalyst for the adoption of Ethereum by institutional investors.
